Dimples on the thighs and butt are not attractive, but on the cheek or chin, they can be regarded as a sign of beauty. 

Just about everything on our bodies is down to genetics, and dimples are no different. On the surface, they look like indentations on the skin that can add complexity to an otherwise 
smooth surface. When it comes to the chin, this is due to the underlying bone structure; cheek dimples, on the other hand, are facial creases that occur at the edges of the mouth, formed by muscles that pull the skin inward. 

There are a lot of women and some men in the Middle East coming forward for this procedure now, especially in countries like Kuwait and the UAE, where I also operate. 

It’s a very simple but technically challenging procedure. It can be done under local anesthetic and with minimal incisions: the dimple is created by passing a needle with a permanent suture from the inside of the cheek out toward the cheek skin and back. This will become a small adhesion band that will cause the cheek to indent with smiling. 

There’s no swelling or bruising and apart from a soft food diet for a few days afterwards, you can carry on with life as normal, just a little cuter.
