Aesthetic and AntiAging Medicine World Congress

In 2015, Monaco will celebrate the “Year of Russian Culture”, dedicating an entire year to Russia. AMWC 2015 will give a special recognition to Russia for its contributions to the advancement of global anti-aging medicine. they will be delighted to have with them the Honorary Presidents representing Russian medicine and science: Prof Natalia Manturova (Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery), Prof Nikolay Potekaev (Aesthetic Dermatology) and Prof Alexander Melerzanov (Preventive & Anti-Aging Medicine).

Under the scientific supervision of the World Society of Interdisciplinary Anti-aging Medicine (WOSIAM), the AMWC 2015 will mark its 13th anniversary with advanced program content.

Over the last 13 years AMWC has played a key role in underpinning the scientific understanding of global anti-aging management. This mission is still very important today and the congress program addresses how to achieve effective aging prevention by comprehensively examining approaches in aesthetics (dermatology and surgery) for the external appearance while applying anti-aging medicine for internal wellbeing.
To meet these goals, the AMWC 2015 will showcase cutting edge presentations by some of the most sought after experts in the field of Aesthetic Dermatology, Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery and multidisciplinary Preventive & Anti-Aging Medicine.

The Committee has selected a multitude of scientific sessions, panels, and problem-based luncheons that will provide both intensive learning through hands-on experiences and direct interaction with faculty. Recent findings with clinical implications, new understandings, practical tips and tricks, marketing, and emerging technologies will be covered through interactive sessions and live demonstrations, alongside essential knowledge revision and update sessions.

The main theme of the conference will be “Concept of Charisma & Future Challenges in Aesthetics”. Personal charisma is extremely difficult to define… We could consider it as a constellation of complex and sophisticated social and emotional skills. It measures personality, personal magnetism, attractiveness and physical appearance. Nice appearance is an asset and with available aesthetic treatments we can improve it, modify it, and slow down the side effects of aging process… Nevertheless, how to preserve our personal charisma in the pursuit of aesthetic perfection? How to find the right balance without being excessive? Medical ethics, patients’ expectations, ideal beauty concept, and other important factors will be their focus during the AMWC.

The program aims to provide a world-leading and unique opportunity for bringing together researchers and practitioners from diverse disciplines.

Every year, this highly awaited event attracts over 9 000 participants coming from more than 120 countries. Over 300 leading international companies, showcasing throughout the 4-floor exhibition area, will be there to discover their latest products, technologies and services.
